Patricia A. Freeman, 75, Patton passed away January 16, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born October 20, 1943 in Bisbee, AZ, the daughter of Joseph J. and Alice (Bobby) Kruley.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gerald J. Freeman and twin sisters Joann and Victoria in infancy.  She is survived by her loving children Robert J. Freeman, Patton and fiancée (Susan Cebula), Boswell, Laurie A. (David) Ford, St. Benedict, grandchildren Brian (Denna) Ford, Eric Ford, girlfriend (Bethany Gray) and Adam Ford, Ava Sarver (daughter of Susan), brother Thomas (Sally) Kruley, Ebensburg, sister Geraldine (Paul) Baker, State College, nieces and nephew Julie (Phil) Heverly and children, Aaron (Amy) Baker, Jessica (Ryan) Balliet and children and Brianna (Eric) Clements and son, very special friends Jamey and Sharon Rydbom and family and her dog Chico.  Pat graduated from St. Francis University earning her bachelor’s degree in biology.  She was previously employed by Altoona Hospital and retired as the lab manager from Miner’s Hospital after 39 years of service.  She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton and she enjoyed spending time with her grandsons and taking family vacations. Pat, known to many as “Grammy” was the most loving, soft spoken and unselfish person, who was devoted to her family and would do anything for anyone without question. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her, especially her family.  Friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1004 North Fifth Avenue Patton, where a vigil for the deceased will be held.  Funeral Mass 11:00 am Tuesday, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton, by Benedictine Fathers.  Committal St. Mary’s Cemetery, Patton.  (
