Eileen A. Litzinger, 70, Patton passed away April 25, 2017 at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh. She was born December 4, 1946 in Spangler the daughter of Clement and Agnes (Kruis) Litzinger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Rita Delpierre. She is survived by brothers Joseph (Liana) Litzinger, Johnstown and Ed (Rhonda) Litzinger, Martinsburg; brother-in-law James Delpierre, Sayre; sister-in-law Dianne Litzinger, Patton; nieces and nephew Jennifer (Bobby) Anderson, Captain James Litzinger and Myra Marsh; great niece and nephew Malia and Ryan Anderson and numerous other nieces and nephews. Eileen was a 1964 graduate of Cambria Heights. She was employed at Miners Hospital in Spangler for 26 years and retired from Lanzendorfer Family Chiropractic Care Center in Hastings after 15 years of service. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton and ICBU. She enjoyed traveling on the carts buses, spending time with family and friends and was an avid QVC shopper. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1004 N. Fifth Ave. Patton where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass 11 am Saturday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton by Benedictine Fathers. Committal, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Patton.
