He was born in Reynoldsville, son of the late Nicholas A. and Leona M. (McGee) Welsch. On Sept. 5, 1954, he married Louise R. Larson in DuBois.

Helen Louise Creamer, 75, a resident of Altoona Center for Nursing Care, formerly of Frankstown, Hollidaysburg, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness.

She was born in Frankstown, daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Bice) Creamer.

Surviving are two brothers: George Creamer of Hollidaysburg and Robert "Bob" Creamer of State College; a sister-in-law, Bertha Creamer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late Irene Tolston.  On November 30, 1961 in Clearfield she married Jack Roland Walter who preceded her in death on January 13, 1994.

She was born in Oil City, PA, daughter of the late James and Theresa (Lupino) Petulla.  She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Manning in 1998.

She is survived by a son, Randy (Patricia) of Hollidaysburg; a daughter, Mary Ann Bathurst of Roaring Spring; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Surviving are three sons: Martin R. and John A. both of Hollidaysburg, and James S. of Duncansville; one daughter, Jaime Singleton of Richmond, VA; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert A. of Atlanta, GA.
