She married Joe Johnson Bush on May 2, 1980 in Duncansville and he preceded her in death May 31, 2010.

She is survived by three granddaughters: Casey Jolene Garlock, Elizabeth Ann Fausey, and Jessica Arlene Fausey; and two great-grandchildren: Kayden James Meyers, and Bellatrix LaWren Garlock.

She was born at home in Claysburg, daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (Verbonitz) Berrich. On June 25, 1939, she married Steve J. Macionsky at St. Ann Catholic Church, Claysburg, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 2002.
